Description

This is a small, thornless tree that can grow up to 25' x 15'. LEaves are dull green and elliptical. All new leaves and stems are covered with hairs. This is an open, generally multi-trunk tree that produces clusters of yellow flowers in the spring. This tree needs to be carefully located, since its frost tolerance isminimal. Tolerates full sun. Native from Chihuahua and Sonora south into Mexico.
