Description
Large evergreen shrub or small tree grows quickly to 12' x 10'. Leaves are dark green and oval shaped. Butter-yellow flowers with curved stamens resemble butterflies appear fall through winter. Accepts full sun. Prune after blooming to remove seed pods and to help maintain shape. Will recover if killed to the ground by frost. Native to South America.
