Description
Naturalizing evergreen perennial or small shrub to 3 1/2' x 3 1/2'. Bright green lance shaped leaves are slightly toothed. Produces clusters of 1/2" yellow flowers spring through fall followed by bristly straw-colored seed heads. Very drought tolerant. Accepts full sun. Needs well drained site. Prune during summer. Native to California, northern Mexico and Texas.
